1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and ("Star Fortune", "we", "us"), the operator of (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is general-audience entertainment intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service or provide any personal information (see our Children's privacy policy). If you are 13–17, you must review these Terms with a parent or guardian and have their permission. Paid membership may only be purchased by adults aged 18+ or by minors with a parent or guardian's permission. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
• In the current preview build, accounts are stored locally in your browser. At full launch, accounts move to secure servers and your membership will follow your login on any device.

4. Free trial

The Service offers free play of 10 minutes per day ("Free Trial"). Free Trial time is measured in good faith by our systems, resets daily (local time), is tracked per device for guests and per account for logged-in users, and cannot be accumulated beyond the daily allowance. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Free Trial at any time with notice.

5. Memberships, time passes & top-ups

Paid products are described on the Membership page and include: time passes (a fixed number of play minutes valid for the stated period), the Unlimited plan (unlimited play time while active), and Time Top-ups (bonus play minutes added to your balance at the stated rate; top-up minutes never expire). Paid products remove the daily Free Trial time limit up to the minutes purchased (or entirely on the Unlimited plan). Plans, prices, minute amounts and bonus rates may change for future purchases; changes do not affect time you have already paid for.

6. Billing, payment & auto-renewal

Payment. Memberships and Time Top-ups are paid in advance by credit card through Stripe or by Google Pay. By providing payment details you authorize the charge. All prices are in US dollars.

Automatic renewal — please read. Monthly memberships (time passes and the Unlimited plan) automatically renew at the end of each period at the same price you originally paid unless you cancel before the renewal date, and the payment method on file (or the provider you used) will be charged. Before each renewal we send you a reminder/receipt by email. You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing [email protected]; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep your remaining purchased minutes or access until the end of the period already paid for. Time Top-ups are one-time purchases and never auto-renew.

State disclosure. For California residents: this is a subscription with automatic renewal under California's Automatic Renewal Law (Business & Professions Code § 17600 et seq.). We provide the required terms and price clearly before you pay, send a receipt and a renewal notice before each renewal, and provide a cost-effective, simple mechanism to cancel — available in My Account. Residents of other states with auto-renewal statutes receive equivalent disclosures.

No chargebacks abuse. If you dispute a valid charge, your Membership may be suspended pending resolution.

7. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used a membership, and a refund of substantially unused Time Top-up minutes. Details are on our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. License to use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell or scrape the Service; reverse engineer any software; use bots or automated tools to play; interfere with the Service's operation; or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

9. No gambling & acceptable use

Star Fortune is a skill-based entertainment service. It is not gambling and contains no gambling features. You agree that you will not use the Service for any form of wagering or real-money gaming, and you acknowledge that:

• Games are played for entertainment only — there are no wagers, no entry fees to win money or prizes of value, and no real-money payouts;
• Membership fees pay only for play time and access, never for a chance to win anything;
• There are no "loot boxes", no paid random rewards, and no mechanism to convert in-game scores or currency into money or prizes of value;
• We may restrict access in jurisdictions where games of this nature are regulated, and you are responsible for complying with local law.

You also agree not to use the Service to harass others, post unlawful content (the Service has no public chat, but this applies to any future features), or attempt to defraud us or other users.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its games, artwork, code, brand names and logos, is owned by or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not use our name, logo or materials without prior written consent.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the six (6) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Dispute resolution: arbitration & class action waiver

Informal resolution first. Before initiating any proceeding, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.

Arbitration agreement. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be held in Natrona County, Wyoming (or another mutually agreed location, including by videoconference). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. You and agree that each may bring disputes against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the arbitration agreement above provides otherwise. If you are a resident of another state, you may also have rights under that state's consumer-protection laws, which are not waived.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your Membership as described in Section 6. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or where required by law. Upon termination, paid benefits continue only to the end of the period you already paid for (where applicable).

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Service and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
