1. What Star Fortune is

Star Fortune is a collection of skill-based and entertainment games — arcade, puzzle and casual titles played against the game itself or against the clock. Success depends on your reflexes, memory and practice, exactly like a board game or a sport. There is no element of wagering and no chance to stake money on an uncertain outcome.

2. What we never do

To keep this commitment unambiguous, the following are permanently prohibited across the Service:

• No wagering. You cannot place a bet, stake, or wager of any kind — with real money, virtual currency, or anything of value;
• No real-money prizes. There are no cash prizes, no prizes of monetary value, and no entry fees paid for a chance to win anything;
• No paid chance mechanics. No "loot boxes", no paid random item packs, no paid spins or draws whose outcome is random;
• No cash-out or trading. In-game scores, coins or progress can never be redeemed, sold or traded for money or other real-world value;
• No third-party gambling. We do not link to, advertise, or facilitate real-money gambling services;
• No simulated casino "win" pressure. Our games do not use gambling-style psychology designed to encourage repeat paid play for a jackpot.

3. What a membership actually buys

Time passes, the unlimited plan and minute top-ups simply extend your play time beyond the free daily 10 minutes. They are flat, predictable payments for access — like a gym membership or a streaming plan. They buy time, not odds. There is no "house edge", no jackpot, and no outcome that pays out based on what you spend.

4. Why this matters
