1. Who we are
("Star Fortune", "we", "us") operates the website (the "Service"), a collection of skill-based browser games. Our registered address is . This policy explains how we handle personal information on the Service.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide the Service:
- Account information. If you create an account: your name, email address, and a password (stored in hashed form).
- Membership information. Your plan, VIP status and expiration, and a record of your orders (order number, plan, amount, payment method, date).
- Gameplay information. Game scores and progress you choose to save. In the current preview build this is stored on your device.
- Device & usage information. Basic technical data such as browser type and device category that helps the games run correctly. This is limited and not used to build advertising profiles.
We do not collect: your full payment card number, government IDs, precise location, contacts, or contents of private communications (there are no private messaging features).
3. How we use information
- To create and manage your account and membership;
- To provide, operate and improve the games;
- To send service messages — receipts, renewal notices, and important account updates (not marketing spam);
- To respond to your support requests;
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
4. Payments
Payments for memberships and Time Top-ups are processed by third-party payment providers — Stripe (cards) and Google Pay. When you pay, you provide your card or Google account details directly to that provider on their payment page. We receive only the confirmation and the details needed for your receipt; we never see or store your full card number. Those providers have their own privacy policies that govern how they process your payment data.
5. Cookies & local storage
The Service uses browser local storage to remember your login session, free-trial progress and saved high scores on your device, and may use essential cookies required for the Service to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or sell browsing data. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings; doing so may sign you out or reset device-local progress.
6. Children's privacy (COPPA)
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is a general-audience service with no content directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- If you are under 13, please do not create an account or provide any personal information.
- If you are between 13 and 17, please review this policy with your parent or guardian and get their permission before creating an account. Paid features are for users 18+ or minors with a parent or guardian's permission.
- If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete the information promptly.
7. California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act give you specific rights regarding your personal information. We do not sell or "share" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) personal information, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of minors under 16.
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose (described in this policy);
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information — since we do not sell or share, no opt-out is needed, but you may still contact us with any questions;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics;
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
To exercise a right, email [email protected] or write to , . We will verify your identity using the information associated with your account and respond within 45 days. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We do not use your personal information for "profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects".
California "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code § 1798.83): we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. If you have questions, contact [email protected].
8. Other US state privacy rights
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Virginia) enjoy similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or processing of their personal information for targeted advertising and profiling. As stated above, we do not sell personal information or engage in targeted advertising, and we honor such requests when made to [email protected].
9. Data security & retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Passwords are stored only in hashed form. We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax and fraud-prevention obligations, then delete or anonymize it. In the preview build, account data resides on your own device in browser storage.
10. Your choices
- Log out or clear browser storage to stop the current session;
- Cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account page;
- Delete data: email [email protected] to request account deletion (note: deleting your account ends your membership unless you cancel first);
- Email preferences: we only send service emails; you may ask to receive them at a different address.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will post a notice on the Service and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
